A look didn't develop

The credits come back by themselves as soon as the look is marked as failed. If they don't, write to us with the time it happened.

Restore purchases

Open the plan screen and tap Restore to bring back your plan on a new iPhone or after reinstalling. Credit packs are one-time purchases that Apple does not restore; if you lost unused pack credits after reinstalling, write to us with your Apple receipt.

Cancel a plan

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinno → Cancel Subscription. Credits already received stay until the end of the week.
